Readings, not estimates
Energy and water meters are polled every fifteen minutes through the vendor’s own API. Consumption is derived from the meter’s cumulative register, so a missed poll shows as a gap rather than as a number somebody inferred.
Energy & water monitoring
Sutra reads the meters already on your sites every fifteen minutes, splits consumption by where it came from, and turns it into the reports and authority submissions a certified project needs — with the gaps shown rather than filled in.

Energy and water meters are polled every fifteen minutes through the vendor’s own API. Consumption is derived from the meter’s cumulative register, so a missed poll shows as a gap rather than as a number somebody inferred.
Energy separates grid, generator and renewable; water separates municipal, borewell, treated and rainwater. The same split appears on the dashboard, in analytics and in every report, so one figure never has two meanings.
Monthly, custom-range and annual reports in PDF or Excel. Each carries the share of expected readings that actually arrived, so a low month reads as a low month and a partial month reads as a partial month.
Set a consumption threshold per meter and per period. Alerts fire at the steps you choose on the way to it, rather than once the period has already been overrun.
Consumption for a certified project is exposed to the authority through a project-scoped key, so the figures they receive are the figures in your reports. Every request is written to a call log with its time and outcome.
People are granted specific projects and buildings, not whole organisations. Lists, charts, reports and downloads all narrow to the same grant, and the boundary between organisations is enforced in the database itself.
One path, and every figure on every screen comes from it.
Energy and water meters already installed on site, read through their manufacturer’s API.
A scheduled pass collects new readings, converts registers to consumption and records what was missing.
Readings become daily and monthly totals per building and per source, each with its completeness.
Dashboards and analytics, PDF and Excel reports, threshold alerts, and the authority’s own data pull.
For the organisation that owns the buildings. Dashboards and analytics for your own sites, meter readings, reports to download, consumption targets and their alerts, your certificates, and the status of anything due to an authority.
